Acknowledgement & Liability Waiver

All registrations are eligible for a 24-hour cancellation and refund period. After this time, all sales are final.

By enrolling my child in the NXT-PRO Soccer Training Program, I confirm my approval for their participation in all sessions and related activities. I understand that athletic training and travel to and from facilities may involve certain risks.

I hereby release NXT-PRO Soccer Training, its coaches, staff, affiliates, sponsors, and facility providers from any responsibility for injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur during participation. This includes, but is not limited to, training sessions, travel, or any incidental activities connected with the program.

I acknowledge that sports participation involves inherent risks such as sprains, strains, concussions, broken bones, or, in rare cases, serious injury. I accept full responsibility for these risks and confirm that my child is physically able to take part in the program.

By checking the acknowledgment box during registration, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the above terms.
